Dear Users-
Many of you have reported missing candles on your prayer request. We believe this is due to an error in our system that keeps your candles burning until another user tries to light candles for you. As the new candles are lit, the old ones all go out at the same time. This morning, we rolled out what we hope will be a permanent solution to this problem.
We understand that many of you were negatively affected by having your candles flames extinguished. If you write in to helpfulpeople@prayabout.com, we will happily credit your lost candles to your account.
If an issue such as this occurs in the future, please alert the PrayAbout staff.

Please look into some of my candle issues on my account. I seen my candles going out but then suddenly I would see a single candle credit appear. What is this about do you know??
